For St. Patrick's day I wanted to try a new recipe and make something at least semi-Irish. So what better than a few Guinness cupcakes! (Even though I don't even drink beer). They were pretty good, and although I could taste the Guinness in them they weren't totally overpowered with beer. It was more of a subtle flavor. Finished with a little green cream cheese frosting and coco powder.
Ummmm... Why have I never heard of such a thing?? One word: AWESOME!!! :) I'll have to get the recipe for next year, I know a couple dozen college students who'd go crazy for those! Haha! :)
